Our Policies

Arrivals:

Please arrive  at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment this will ensure enough time to fill in consultation forms, change and enjoy the full pampering experience. Please understand if you are late your treatment may be reduced accordingly.

Cancellation policy:

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment so we can allocate the slot free for others.

A 50% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before the treatment is scheduled.

Gift vouchers:

Please ensure that your gift voucher is presented upon arrival. We are unable to provide treatment without presentation of your voucher.

Bookings should be made two weeks in advance and is subject to availability. Expired vouchers cannot be honored or extended.

Under no circumstances will vouchers be refunded or re-issued if lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen.
